Conditions Stud Owner Agrees To:
- The stud dog will be in good physical condition.
- Registration paperwork will be signed promptly and returned to the bitch owner.
- Provide a return stud service of the same stud dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results in a mating at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify (in writing) [your kennel name] of the failure to conceive no later than 70 days from the date of the mating. If for any reason the stud Dog is no longer available to complete the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner.

- Pay the agrees stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
- Notify in writing within 70 days from the date of mating if no pregnancy results from the service. Failure to do so will result in no return stud service being provided.
- Keep the bitch properly confined before and after after her mating and throughout her cycle to ensure no other dogs mate her.
- Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any individual, or firm connected with the business of wholesale or resale of dogs.
